Bugfix - Prevent Invalid Http Requests To Cause 100% CPU

This bug would be triggered if the HTTP Server got requests with a header saying that (for example) 100 bytes is in the body, but then the body only contains 99 bytes. The server would try to read data but never get any, so the CPU would take 100%.
